Yes! Many of our charms are handmade or hand-assembled. This means each piece is unique, and slight variations may occur — adding to the charm and individuality of every item.

 

Are the charms heavy?

No, our charms are designed to be lightweight so they can be worn comfortably on bridles, bags, dog collars, backpacks, and more.

Can I customise my charm?

Absolutely. Many of our products allow you to choose initials, colours, and charm combinations. Our “Build Your Own Charm” range lets you design something truly personal.

 

Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, especially for customised items, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please double-check all details before checkout.

Can the charms be used on horses and dogs?

Yes, our charms are suitable for use on bridles, halters, and dog collars. They are decorative accessories and should always be used under adult supervision.

 

Are the charms safe for animals?

When attached correctly and checked regularly, our charms are safe for decorative use. If your animal chews, pulls, or rubs excessively against the charm, we recommend removing it.

 

Are Sparkle Squad charms toys?

No. Our charms are decorative accessories and are not intended as toys for children or animals.

How do I care for my charm?

We recommend avoiding water, harsh chemicals, and rough handling. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store in a dry place when not in use.

 

Can my charm get wet?

Charms are not waterproof. If they do get wet, dry them immediately with a soft cloth to prevent damage.

 

 

📦 Shipping & Delivery

 

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Customised items may require additional time.

 

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered via PUDO Locker-to-Locker within South Africa.

 

Will I receive tracking details?

Yes. Tracking and collection details are sent directly to you by PUDO via SMS and/or email once your parcel has been dispatched.

 

 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

 

Can I return a customised charm?

Customised and personalised items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or incorrect.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email roxanne@thefrontdoor.co.za within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear images, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Will my charm look exactly like the photos?

Due to screen differences and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour or finish may occur. This is part of what makes each Sparkle Squad charm unique.
